Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Earrings & piercing jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Return / Replacement Process
- Share the unboxing video and images within 24 hours.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping charges will be borne by Kajal Jewellery only if the mistake is from our side.
- Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Important Notes
- No returns or refunds for change of mind.
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

- Exchange or replacement is allowed only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Sale / discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Earrings, bugadi & piercing jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
- Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Orders placed with wrong size, color, or design selection by the customer
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Stone missing is not considered as damage and is not eligible for return or refund.
- Loss of stones due to handling, wear, transit opening after delivery, or usage is not considered a manufacturing defect. Therefore, stone missing claims will not be accepted for return, replacement, or refund.
- Stone missing will not be treated as damage ❌
