1. Can I cancel my order?
An order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
However, if an order is placed by mistake for additional quantity, the ordered quantity can be reduced.
2. Can I exchange the products ordered?
If in your order, there is any defective or damaged product, you can send us back the product on the same address from which we have sent, within three (3) days and we will replace and send you back a fresh piece or if the above is not possible, we will refund your paid amount on the exchanged product.
